President Bola Tinubu has concluded a two-week private visit to France and returned to the country.
The president arrived Abuja via the presidential flight at approximately 9:00 PM on Tuesday,marking the end of his brief absence from the country.
Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sen. George Akume, along with other high-ranking government officials, led the reception committee that welcomed President Tinubu back home at Abuja airport.
Having departed Abuja on January 24, 2024, President Tinubu’s trip to France marked his first extended break since assuming office on May 29, 2023. During his absence, the affairs of the nation continued under the stewardship of the Vice president Kashim Shettima and other appointed officials.
As President Tinubu resumes his duties, the attention shifts back to the ongoing affairs and challenges facing Nigeria, with citizens and stakeholders eagerly awaiting any announcements or actions from the presidential office.
