The stage is set for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), with 24 nations confirmed to compete in the continental showpiece.

The final spot was secured by Mozambique following their dramatic 2-1 victory over Guinea-Bissau. The tournament will take place in Morocco, the host nation, scheduled to begin on December 21, 2025, and will culminate with the final on January 18, 2026.
